#58: Let’s Talk About Cheating + Break Ups
In today's episode we are talking about cheating and infidelity with Dr. Morgan Cutlip. We had a really interesting discussion about the different reasons as to why people cheat, how common is cheating, how to recover from the betrayal of being cheated on, how to rebuild trust in future relationships, what signs to look for in dating, and I asked her is it true that once a cheater, always a cheater? Dr. Morgan Cutlip is a wealth of knowledge in relationships and shared so many great insights on this topic.

#55 How to Break Up with Someone
Even if you aren’t in need of help breaking up with someone this episode will still be hugely beneficial. In today’s discussion I break down the best way to end a relationship with someone. I talk about how to know if it’s the right thing, how to prepare, how to have a graceful conversation, and how to best allow the other person space after you end it. If you’re someone who is going through a break up, you will get to hear why it’s actually a very respectful thing that your ex is not contacting you and more.

#54 Stop “Should-ing” Yourself Through Your Break Up
This week I interviewed Your Joyologist, Tricia Huffman whose soul goal is to help people claim their happiness and joy no matter what the circumstances. We discuss the danger of the word “should” and how it can prevent you from feeling your feelings, listening to your gut, and how it ultimately can make healing take longer. We talk about the power of the word “AND” how you can miss your ex AND know you’re not meant to be with them at the same time. We also talk about affirmations, how to avoid toxic positivity and more!

I discuss how to handle it when you do, how to take care of yourself afterward, and how to not be full of anxiety at the thought of running into them.

#51 Letting Go of Future Plans with your Ex
A question I'm asked often is "how do I let go of the idea of a future with my ex?" I know that when you're in a relationship you make a lot of plans and start envisioning the rest of your life with that person. Then a break up happens and rips that away. In this episode I discuss how you can reclaim your future, how to get excited about your own future, how to accept change, and more!

#49: Stop obsessing on the could haves + should haves
In today's solo episode I'm talking all about the could haves and should haves that we all experience post break up. Where you're up at night replaying every conversation you had with your ex trying to figure out what went wrong or obsessing about what you could have done differently so the break up didn't happen. The could haves and should haves are a very universal part of a break up but they can be so destructive. In this episode I talk about why we obsess on them, why it's so harmful to break up recovery, the different between shaming and learning, and how to stop yourself from obsessing about them too much.

#45: How to Lean on Your Support System (even if you feel like you don't have one)
In this episode I cover how to use your support system post break up, because let's face it- break ups are really hard to go through alone. First I cover how you might be underutilizing your support system and why- you feel like your friends don't know how to help you, you're afraid you're being a burden to them, you're afraid to be completely honest with your friends, etc. I also cover what to do if you really don't feel like you have a great support system.
