#51 Letting Go of Future Plans with your Ex
A question I'm asked often is "how do I let go of the idea of a future with my ex?" I know that when you're in a relationship you make a lot of plans and start envisioning the rest of your life with that person. Then a break up happens and rips that away. In this episode I discuss how you can reclaim your future, how to get excited about your own future, how to accept change, and more!

#49: Stop obsessing on the could haves + should haves
In today's solo episode I'm talking all about the could haves and should haves that we all experience post break up. Where you're up at night replaying every conversation you had with your ex trying to figure out what went wrong or obsessing about what you could have done differently so the break up didn't happen. The could haves and should haves are a very universal part of a break up but they can be so destructive. In this episode I talk about why we obsess on them, why it's so harmful to break up recovery, the different between shaming and learning, and how to stop yourself from obsessing about them too much.

#45: How to Lean on Your Support System (even if you feel like you don't have one)
In this episode I cover how to use your support system post break up, because let's face it- break ups are really hard to go through alone. First I cover how you might be underutilizing your support system and why- you feel like your friends don't know how to help you, you're afraid you're being a burden to them, you're afraid to be completely honest with your friends, etc. I also cover what to do if you really don't feel like you have a great support system.
